Regulation plan

The current development plan for the area, approved in the 80's for 530.000m2 is still valid, but does not reflect current planning requirements, and does not fully cover planning needs.

An updated development plan had been made, adhering to current requirements for e.g impact analysis and had been submitted to the municipality for their approval. Final approval at local and regional level is expected in the latter part of 2025.

Our plan. Phase by phase.

The phases

Our current area includes 20.000m² leveled at quay level, an additional 45.000m² leveled at various heights, and quays measuring 90m in length and 9m in depth.
